About us
ClimbUK was founded with the mission to revolutionise the world of innovation. Our goal is to create a dynamic environment where founders, industry leaders, innovators, and investors converge to shape the future of technology, drive global impact, and engage in investment opportunities.
Our Journey So Far
In the summer of 2023, we launched our inaugural event, Climb23, at Leeds Dock, drawing over 1,500 delegates, 220 speakers, and 150 active investors for a remarkable two-day festival. Building on this success, Climb24 returned to Leeds Dock in June 2024, featuring an even larger and more engaging event. Highlights included an exclusive investor dinner, a dynamic expo with interactive exhibits, and a range of activities that broke the mould of a traditional business event with an engaging, interactive, and fun festival.
Notable speakers at our events have included global industry leaders such as Jake Zim, SVP of VR at Sony, and Jennifer Byrne, former CTO of Microsoft. We also spotlight inspiring stories like that of James Sutherland, a founder who overcame a funding setback at Climb23 and found new investment opportunities through our event.
