- One of our clients specialises in the study of RNA sequencing, a messenger between DNA and protein synthesis, and has developed a range of hardware and software tools that give scientists and clinicians a more detailed picture of underlying biology.
- CRSI introduced two high-profile sector leading executives to join the board of this early-stage university spin-out.
- DeepTech start-up with technology for rendering holograms on legacy screens, raised $15 million to develop its technology for next-generation digital displays and devices.
- CRSI led their US expansion and facilitated introductions to key executives and decision makers in the Silicon Valley ecosystem from within the world’s biggest consumer technology players.
- FinTech start-up reinventing the global insurance market to bring AI solutions enabling real-time consumer claims processing.
- CRSI researched the most exciting technology-based companies in the UK who have been on accelerated growth journeys from 50 to 200+ employees. Identified the most impressive leaders on culture and diversity and successfully engaged them with their next Chief People Officer.
What will you be doing?
The first few months involve intensive training on live projects. This is focused on developing your knowledge and understanding of the sectors we work in and our methodologies. You will work as a valuable member of the team delivering people-based consulting assignments for high-growth investor-backed businesses, helping them to recruit high-calibre people through identifying standout talent in the sector.
From your first week you will be attending meetings with some of the UK’s most exciting and fastest growing businesses. You will be leading and managing projects:
- Identifying the top candidates with the most relevant experience across multiple industries for our recruiting projects
- Conducting internet-based research and qualitative analysis into market trends and companies
- Presenting research and summaries to consultants and clients
- Take part in meetings with senior executives and business founders, contributing to identifying clients’ needs and advising them on market trends
- Produce executive summaries and client documentation
- Active involvement in events relating to innovation and investment
- Project management of delivery projects and leading
- Begin developing a clear career map based on your interests and strengths through regular career catchups

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 + years experience within research, or client focused projects
- Self-sufficient worker who can handle significant responsibility
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
- Passion for business, technology/science, and the innovation ecosystem
- Ability to analyse information quickly and get to the most important detail
- Excellent team working skills
- Driven, self-motivated and proactive
- Desire to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
- Ability to work quickly and effectively
- Good time management and organisation skills
